I would be pleased to help you with any sewing you need done. I can hem trousers and do other basic alterations. Free of charge. Until I get bored of sewing and obsessed with something else :)
Can I take you up on that? I've got two large pieces of fabric that I meant to make a table cloth out of, only I don't sew and have very vague ideas of how to do it. Bec says the edges just need to be folded over twice and then sewn, and that you do it with an iron, but sewing is really not my thing! Let me know if you're keen; I know it will be a boring job! And maybe we can do a swap: you do this for me and I'll knit you something nice :)
